fix: align topbar/sidebar so the top-right is not a dead hole

Topbar spans the full width; seat deck starts under it. Compact badge and a seat chip on the right of the chrome. Hermit 1.0.2. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
