Modifications made for WHC Shell:
  - TerminalSessionClient: removed callbacks that take a TerminalSession.
  - ByteQueue: made public.
  - TerminalRenderer: added getFontLineSpacingAndAscent().

The terminal emulator in Termux is itself based on Jack Palevich's
Android-Terminal-Emulator (Apache License, Version 2.0).

Runtime dependencies (Apache License 2.0 / MIT):
  sshj (com.hierynomus:sshj), Bouncy Castle (bcprov, bcpkix), SLF4J.
